Michael Ball

A highly skilled Chartered Tax Advisor, with over 16 years' experience working in private practice. Michael joined Streets in 2007, starting as a tax junior before quickly qualifying as a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians in 2009. It wasn't long after this that, in 2012, Michael qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor, and in the years after, swiftly rose through the ranks to Partner.

The principle focus of his work is providing inheritance tax and succession planning advice, as well as helping clients through the ever-changing 'personal and trust tax compliance regime'.

Additionally, Michael is one of our 'Making Tax Digital' front-runners, constantly keeping a finger on HMRC's pulse and assisting clients with what will be known as the biggest income tax reporting change since the Self-Assessment in 1995/96.

Michael predominantly works with clients in our Northern offices, but is always more than happy to assist on-site anywhere, or remotely, should his skill-set be required.
