Sam Elkington is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has an Honours Degree in Urban Land Economics. He has been involved in the business for over 35 years, during which time he has specialised in property management, development and related professional fields. Sam provides expert advice on property investment, management and commercial matters and has an interest in the economic regeneration of rural areas. Sam will share with delegates his thoughts and insights into the state of the property market, including trends in Lincoln as well as across the region as a whole. His presentation will look at the commercial market, land and property prices and development opportunities.

Anthony’s Team has extensive experience in advising a variety of commercial clients ranging from individuals and SMEs through to PLCs on all aspects of commercial property work.  Anthony specialises in development site acquisitions for property developers (for residential, commercial or mixed use development), conditional contracts, overage agreements, option agreements, pre-emption agreements, development agreements and land promotion agreements.
