We are looking for an administrator to join our Newark - Long Bennington office. The work will involve a wide range of administrative duties, including the word processing of letters, setting up new clients, scanning and post duties.

To also cover reception as and when needed and duties will include the meeting and greeting of clients/visitors and answering and transferring internal and external calls.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and numeracy skills, have a friendly and outgoing personality and have had previous experience within the financial sector. It is essential that they have a competent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
