We have pleasure in inviting you to our Christmas Exec Club Dinner, to be held on Wednesday 8th December 2021 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln.
The three-course dinner will be co-hosted by Streets Chartered Accountants and Langleys Solicitors, who have together established a style of business club known as The Exec Club.
A break with tradition? Now there’s a thought as we approach Christmas – no it is not cancelled! We are however, embracing the party season with a Black Tie dress code and instead of the usual two guest speakers, we are having a wine tasting!
Louise Steel, Winesmith, Wild Jacks
With each of the three courses, we will enjoy two different wines. The session will be hosted by Wild Jacks’ winesmith, Louise Steel, who has over 30 years’ experience in the world of wine including 8 years in Champagne, 6 years in South America and 6 years in Europe. Louise will share her expertise to remove the mysteries and complexities from the world of wine and ensure your evening is relaxed, informal and of course enjoyable.
Mark Taylor, Director of Business Development and Partnerships, Lincoln College
Lincoln College is committed to maintaining the pivotal role of the Drill Hall in the cultural landscape of the city. The re-opening of the Drill Hall will be marked by the return of a seasonal favourite – the Christmas Pantomime, which this year is Aladdin. Mark will not only tell us more about the pantomime but he will also share with us plans for the Drill Hall’s development and how it fits in with the organisations wider educational and community interests in hospitality, entertainment, the arts, recreation and tourism.
This private club is aimed at Chief Executives and Managing and Senior Directors of Lincolnshire's most successful businesses and organisations – success being determined in terms of market leadership, innovation, turnover, profitability and management style. The club is not intended to be a networking event but rather to provide a forum for the 'meeting of minds' whereby key decision makers of the local economy are able to discuss business ideas openly with one another in convivial surroundings over dinner.
Attendance is by private invitation only and as such we would like to extend an invitation to you to join us as our guest. All non-paying guests are by invitation of the hosts. Please note the number of guests attending will be in the region of 50 to 60.
If you have attended a previous dinner then there will be a charge of £40 (including VAT) to include a three-course meal with wine. We will either send an invoice or alternatively you can send a cheque made payable to ‘Streets Management Services’.
If this is your first dinner, then we extend the invitation to you to join us as our guest.
The format and timings for the evening are as follows:
Dress code: Black Tie
6pm: Drinks Reception
The formal part of the evening normally concludes at about 9pm - 9:30pm.
