John has been advising owner managed businesses since he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982. His particular areas of expertise include tax planning for family and owner driven businesses, including the many issues which confront businesses proposing to switch from partnership to limited company status. He also has experience with business planning and finding solutions to the sort of problems which confront many businesses. John deals with a broad range of businesses and has a particular knowledge of recruitment, property, high tech and dentistry.
