Chris is a Chartered Tax Adviser, specialising in corporate tax matters. He oversees the tax compliance process for the firm’s largest clients and leads the firm’s capital allowance team having developed a particular interest in property related matters. Based on a thorough understanding of the various tax instruments applied to business and their owners, Chris is able to provide advice on tax planning and tax mitigation as well as assistance with planning on incorporations as well as company mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
