Alan joined Whitmarsh Sterland, now Streets Whitmarsh Sterland LLP, in 1993 having previously been a partner with one of the major UK accountancy firms. Alan’s particular expertise in providing business development advice for owner managed businesses, and his experience with raising finance, dealing with company acquisitions and company disposals is particularly valuable to our clients. Alan has also worked extensively with family businesses and has considerable experience in the areas of corporate and personal taxation, audit and accountancy services.
