Consultants
Streets Remuneration Consultants (SRC) specialise in the provision of
independent advice on all aspects of executive, directors and senior
personnel remuneration and share schemes. It is our objective to help
the companies that we work with to develop appropriate remuneration
strategies that help deliver the results that the Board expect. These
may involve ensuring that remuneration packages are tax efficient, motivational
and reward loyalty and performance.
One of our consultants will meet with the Board and senior employees
to implement appropriate rewards from a range of options, including,
