Amanda Legate Partner
A Partner promotion follows on quickly for Amanda who was made a Director in 2007. The speed of her promotion reflects her contribution to both serving and developing her own portfolio of clients. As part of the firm’s Lincoln and North Nottinghamshire team, Amanda has developed an enviable reputation for her work with clients, especially owner managed businesses. A practical, common sense approach with commercial acumen undoubtedly has helped in her success to date. In her new role Amanda will be looking to develop her team as well as her own client portfolio.
James Pinchbeck Marketing Partner
James Pinchbeck has been promoted from Marketing Director to Marketing Partner. Having joined Streets seven years ago, James has played a key role in the marketing and business development of the practice. His professional marketing approach and background has helped not only in raising the firm’s profile commensurate with its standing in the business community, but also in implementing new marketing techniques to help the firm achieve significant organic growth over the period. More recently he has been instrumental in the marketing of the firm's presence in the East of England following the merger of Whitmarsh Sterland and Streets in March 2008.
James standing within the marketing profession has recently been acknowledged following his appointment as President of the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s newly formed Lincolnshire chapter.
Erica Manderfield Manager
Streets Tax, the firm’s dedicated tax practice, is pleased to announce Erica Manderfield's promotion to Manager. Erica is a long standing member of the tax team, and is widely respected by her colleagues and clients alike. In her new role Erica will be focusing on the management of client affairs, looking to ensure all matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, a task which will include staff training as well as looking at the firm’s working practices and the latest tax planning techniques and use of ICT. The marketing of the firm's tax services both to existing and new clients will also form part of her new role and is one for which she is ideally suited.
Samantha Kemp Manager
In recognition of her work involved in supporting the firm’s client base of start-up, early years and growth business, Samantha has been promoted to the position of Manager. Samantha continues to play a key part of the firm’s representation in Newark and North Nottinghamshire where she is working closely with local bank managers and the business support agencies. She has also been instrumental in the setting up of Retford B4B, a new business club and network.

David Holmes Assistant Manager
David has been with Streets for four years, over which time he has been a key member of the firm’s internal IT team. With a sound grasp of the practice’s IT network and systems, his promotion to Assistant Manager provides him the opportunity to develop his role. In particular David has increased responsibilities to include supporting the firm’s client management system, software installation and application management.
