Introductory session
Our 2016 Accounting Software update will look at the growing trend towards on the go, real time accounting software as well as the increasing choices of programmes for users. In particular we will focus on the benefits of accounting software in terms of managing the finance of your business, improving your business performance as well as ensuring you have peace of mind from a security perspective. We will also look at changes to the way people buy and update their accounting software, the trend towards mobile applications and hosting your accounts in the cloud.
Sage, Quickbooks online, Xero - Breakout session
The presentation will include an introduction to the latest in accounting software from a user’s perspective. Lead by software experts from Sage, QuickBooks Online and Xero, attendees will have the choice of which software session to attend. Each session will give an update on the latest features, tips and tricks on using the software more efficiently and a chance to ask questions to the experts.
Break
Topical update and hints and tips session
After the break there will be a session for all attendees with the focus on providing an update on topical issues affecting businesses as well as those involved in keeping, managing and using financial records. We will seek to provide guidance and support to help improve your business performance, profitability and reduce the burden of red tape. We will also introduce our new online accounting and bookkeeping platform 'Insight', which offers clients who are looking to manage their financial records, increased flexibility, greater control and information.
Buffet lunch and Software Clinic
Enjoy the chance to meet with other businesses over lunch. During the lunch session we will also be running our free Software Clinic – if you have a specific problem or query with your accounting software this is the chance to speak to one of our experts face to face.
